You can make easy 2D animation with Pivot Stickfigure Animator (seriously its very simple). No technical knowledge required what so ever. Its just like playing with your dolly. 🙂

Here is a simple tweak to make your XP look like Vista.
1) Download BricoPack Vista Inspirat Ultimate 2
2) Double click and go through the setup.
Note: This may slow down your PC, but if you have a decent 2.4ghz P4, 512 MB RAM it works flawlessly.
If you want a vista bootscreen, try this:
1) Download Vista Boot Screen for XP
2) Extract this to your Desktop.
3) Shutdown your PC.

After somedays our PC seem to run slow. Its mainly because of the programs you install starts at the startup. Many of these programs are unnecessary and can be stopped at the startup.
1) Click on Start-> Run and type msconfig

If you have an old (read ancient) computer, you might be having problems getting the CD/DVD tray out of the drive (It sometimes does, sometimes it doesn’t). This is a very simple fix.
1) Press the eject button repeatedly and somehow eject the tray.

Nowadays there is a trend of buying USB keyboards. If you do own one, you might be in a situation, where you’ll have a USB keyboard disabled in the BIOS (Might be because of a BIOS update or some other reason)
With USB keyboard not working on the BIOS and no way to enable it, this is a real head scratcher..
